A site written by a Catholic priest in a Northern Diocese of the United States. Musings, thoughts, ideas - from an orthodox perspective. "Man has a body as well as a soul, and the whole of man, soul and body, is nourished sanely by a multiplicity of observed traditional things." Hilaire Belloc

ROTFL!!! Too true. I've been wondering what's been in Bishop D'Arcy's letter that was NOT released. Please let it be something like: "I'll give you a chance to recind this invite on your own....think long and hard because if this comes off, then you, friend, will be kicked out of the diocese."
That would be FUN. It's "bishop perk" from what I can gather. What I want to know is if a bishop fails to discipline a given priest, can the pope then discipline that Bishop? How does all that work?
